Orders and Shipping

How long until my order ships?

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. During drops and promotions it can take slightly longer.

How long does delivery take in the U.S.?

Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days and expedited shipping takes 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to select countries. Delivery times vary, and any customs duties, taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

My package arrived damaged or never came. What do I do?

Email us at sales@afterdeathindustries.com with your order number and we will help you sort it out.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent. Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email sales@afterdeathindustries.com with your order number and the reason. If you need a different size, we will arrange an exchange when inventory is available.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and check your return, your refund goes to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for it to appear.

See our Size & Fit Guide for measurements. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us and we will help.

What if my size is sold out?

Choose Notify Me on the product page and we will email you when it is back.
